We welcome big ideas, over-the-top ambition, and a passion to achieve the unimaginable (clich, but true).We are looking for Production Associates to package Lubrication Specialties' Hot Shot's Secrets brand of products safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and forklifts to package Hot Shot's Secret products.
• Ensure product packaging is clean, straight and filled to the correct amount.
• Work in a variety of areas from operating equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, filling large containers of product to driving a forklift to put product away.
• Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
• Report any mechanical problems.
• Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction.
• Ability to be flexible based on company needs.
• Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks and lift for long periods of time throughout the day.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
