Job Title: Production Clerk Classification: Nonexempt Reports To: Production Manager Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:Estimated Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmObjective: Provides administrative support to the day-to-day Farm Accounting TeamJob Responsibilities:Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.Perform data entry associated with Production.Document activities, production, personnel, equipment, etc..Address and respond to vendor inquiries.Successful Candidates will have:CommunicationCritical EvaluationEthical Practice Bilingual a plus (Spanish) Education and Experience:2-3 years' experience with clerk experience preferredHighly proficient in computer skills and technology. Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skillsAccurate and meticulous in data entryStrong clerical, administrative and general office skillsExceptional calculation and memory skillsGood organizational and time-management skillsThis position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above.
