PRODUCTION CLERK CURED & SMOKED MEATS - AUSTIN OFFICE - AUSTIN PLANT This position reports to Production Manager Cured & Smoked Meats. The work schedule for this position is MondayFriday, vary start time from 3:30 a.m. to 5:45 am and ending time vary from 12:45 pm 3:45 p.m. depending on coverage need. Overtime is probable. No flexible time. RESPONSIBILITIES: The person in this position: Ability to withstand a variety of temperature changes and identify a variety of different products Be able to learn and show knowledge of multiple departments (Fabrication Scale, Ham Boning Scale, and the I - Es clerks) Able to maintain inventories of products and supplies, and able to complete orders upon requests Able to learn and know multiple systems. Incubent is to learn and know multiple PC and floor scale operations/applications. Ability Develops and maintains several spreadsheets.
