Production Clerk - Steel Dynamics : Job Details

SDI continues to push to be the industry leader and gold standard for corporate governance.The Long Products Division, Steel of West Virginia has an opening for a Production Clerk.Responsibilities* Maintains our finished inventory count including entering data on excel spreadsheets for both rolling mills (production and maintenance)* Assist supervision with safety related forms and processing as well as daily journal entries for both shifts on each mill* Work outdoors in an industrial environment, which means you need to be able to work in cold weather conditions in the winter and warm weather conditions in the summer* Required to wear all approved PPE (such as hard had, safety goggles, and metatarsal safety boots) needed to perform this job.* All other duties as assignedQualifications* Good verbal and written communication skills* Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)* Strong organizational skills* Ability to multi-task* Successful clerical experienceSteel Dynamics Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
