Job RequirementsProduction Control AssociateFull-Time Position - 6am-2:30pm Monday - Saturday Actual days / hours worked are as scheduled by the Manager. Position could be scheduled for first, second or third shift with occasional overtime as required by business conditions.Primary Location: Albany, NYThe Production Control Associate reports directly to the Dept. Manager performing the following responsibilities as assigned by management: Responsibilities:
  • Production printing of daily, weekly, and monthly notice files received from our client and/or generated from various departments within the facility.
  • Production printing of checks and uploading of daily electronic financial transactions.
  • Daily preparation of printed material for delivery to the post office for mailing by automated (insertion machines) and manual means.
  • Accurate entry and maintenance of production, service and billing logs utilizing both computerized and non-computerized means as required.
  • Warehouse maintenance of both department inventory and facility documentation storage.
  • Receipt of deliveries to the facility and/or coordination of documentation pick-up by authorized vendors as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Ability to consistently walk, stand, bend, or stretch for long periods of time.
  • Ability to consistently lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled and/or required, which will occasionally include weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and extended hours coverage.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and follow production Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Experience and basic ability to use business computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency towards meeting all contracted Service Level Agreements.
