Job Title: Production Control & Logistics Supervisor

Shift: Openings across 3 shifts (6:00AM-2:00PM, 2:00PM-10:00PM, 10:00PM-6:00AM)
Position Summary:
The role of a Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) Supervisor is to manage the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer delivery: feed and monitor the sequencer, supervise preparation and
loading of finished products into trucks, track shipments, communicate all shipment
failures, implement customer Misdeliveries per Million (MPM) follow up and contribute to
its reduction.
Ensure adequate production lines supplier: assure the cleanness and tidiness of
stocking areas, ensure feeding of production lines (small train), supervise the unloading
of pieces and measure suppliers MPM and manage a warning system in picking zone.
Conduct the implementation of logistic basics: booking operations, traceability, labeling,
container management, etc.
Look for productivity gains.
Manage, train and coach logistics operators' team.
Manage PC&L manpower needs including daily scheduling and overtime and placement
over all shifts.
Manage the PC&L operator/driver training to ensure only qualified and properly trained
employees are granted a license to operate a PMHV within the guidelines of the HSE
department.
Assist in training of new supervisors assigned to the PC&L department floor operations.
Assist in daily PMHV garage operations to ensure proper equipment placement
throughout the plant.
Assist the PC&L Distribution Manager with daily routines and assume their
responsibilities during absences.
Follow requirements established with 7 Delivery Basics and 7 Inventory Basics.
Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
(EMS) procedures and work instructions.
Ensure members in assigned area(s) of responsibility conform to relevant HSE
requirements, including the 13HRLG.
Support environmental programs to achieve objectives and targets.
Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following education/experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering preferred
Experience in Logistics in an industrial environment
Experience with SAP preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
Tact, excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the
organization
Strong teamwork sense
