Responsibilities:Booking crew, editors and other freelancers.Managing edit schedulesProducing production schedules and call sheetsOrganising travel arrangements and accommodation for cast, crew and production executivesDealing with accounts, invoicing and expensesHiring studio facilities and equipmentLiaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managersResponsible for setting new freelancers up for success when they arriveEnsuring that health and safety guidelines are followedTyping, editing, copying and distributing scriptsAttending shootsYou have these:Experience as Production Coordinator or a passion for the industryKnowledge of terminology will be appreciatedComputer savvyExcellent organisational and multi-tasking abilityAble to manage complex and competing deadlinesResourcefulness and problem-solvingA team player with great communication skillsWorking at VICE:We want to find people who believe in our mission and goals and feel inspired to grow while they're here, rather than someone who checks the boxes but isn't invested.
