Production Coordinator - World Wrestling Entertainment : Job Details

Production Coordinator WWE is looking for a Production Coordinator to support our growing Global Live Events team. This role will be heavily involved in the travel logistics and support for our staff and crew working WWE's weekly flagship shows. Successful candidates should have a background in production support, specifically events, can multitask, troubleshoot independently, work off hours, and be extraordinarily organized. This role will not directly book travel but will be the liaison between staff and crew and the WWE Travel department and Hotels properties.Tasks Understand production event touring logisticsCreate and maintain daily hotel room lists for 175 people on averageHandle travel changes in real time and effectively communicate changesSupport after hours travel callsLiaison with the WWE Travel DepartmentSupport crew call sheets and crewer with needed tasksSupport other logistics such as round transportation, etc.Keep records of shows and help with long term planningRequirements 2-3 years' experience in television production and/or eventsExperience in handling travel logistics and/or crewing is a plusMust be efficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs.Experience in NuTravel, Concur, or Travel Booking tools a plusMust be able to handle complex planning and be highly organizedMay be required to travel to certain eventsOff hours will be requiredWWE is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer and is subject to federal regulations pertaining to employment.
