Job DetailsSummary:Responsible for administrative support and assistance to the Employment Supervisor, applicants, and management as directed. Processing of time and content sensitive material in daily changing environment. Excellent customer service and phone skills required, excellent attitude and ability to work in a team environment Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to a particular job.   • Provide daily support to the Employment Supervisor including preparation of various business reports and materials.
  • Maintain applicant sign-in sheets.
  • Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages.
  • Compile internal reports, revise and update reports as necessary.
  • Identify and timely report problems or deficiencies with recommendations for resolving.
  • Assist at front reception desk during break times.
  • Maintains complete confidentiality regarding all information.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualification Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years+ experience in a sales, administrative or office support role.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to use computers and all standard programs including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and effectively use any and all other computer programs that are made available, including the ATS in the HRIS system. Must be proficient at utilizing social media and seeking referrals.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, Burmese, or Chin would be a plus

  • While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard and telephone
