Production Engineer - Akkar : Job Details

I am representing a joint venture for global companies looking to open operations in the United States. Our client are looking for an experienced Production/Manufacturing Engineer who can work directly alongside the company COO, where your role will be to translate complex manufacturing topics from English to Japanese.

Role:

• Support the COO with translation services between English and Japanese
• Continuous improvement of core manufacturing processes for stamping, forming and pressing
• Source, qualify and develop process technology, tools, jigs and fixtures
• Build and train operators and technicians on standard operating materials

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Japanese and English
• 5 years' experience in automotive OEM or T1 organizations
• CAD Analyses experience
• BIW experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional weekends
