N DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is seeking a Plant/Production Engineer to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and support operations for a Greenville, MS manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.
• Monitor and optimize process performance (yield, throughput, OEE).
• Investigate quality and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and new product introductions.
• Manage process documentation, SOPs, and training for plant personnel.
• Support CapEx projects, process automation, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in chemical processing equipment and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, RCA, 5S, and Process Safety Management.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, MES, PLCs, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Background in batch chemical manufacturing and project management.
