Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Production Inventory Coordinator, under the supervision of the Operations Planning & Production Control Manager, verifies and enters production data from various source documents, into the company's software program for processing, and data management purposes necessary in the manufacturing process. Coordinates with production management and workers providing order instructions and specifications. Must be very timely and detailed. Hours worked are 12-hour shifts that includes weekends. Hours are 12 hours shifts, 7 am to 7 pm, 3 or 4 days a week. The manufacturing plant operates 24/7 schedule.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage/validate transfer of raw materials, compounds, products, etc., between sites or locations, via waybill Audit production and machine locations, once per shift Report production of each line and completed units for shipping Check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary Obtain further information for incomplete documents Update data and delete unnecessary files Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry Enter data from source documents into QAD database, files, and forms Maintain logs or records of activities and tasks Respond to requests for information and access relevant files Assist on production floor as needed Perform all other duties as assignedRequirements SKILLS Knowledge of and ability to utilize problem solving tools Moderate to advanced computer skills including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Strong communication skills both oral and written Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to think outside the normEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Minimum High School Diploma/GED ERP Experience, QAD preferred Documented US work authorization, must be 18 years of age or older Successful candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and pre-employment background check.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to endure working in a manufacturing environment with inside excessive hot and cold temperatures, able to tolerate exposure to dust and noise for 12-hour shifts Prolonged standing on concrete floors; Frequent walking; Occasional bending and squatting Frequent reaching; Repetitive use of wrist, hands and fingers
