Support the team's learning, collaboration and improvement by asking questions, providing training, leading problem-solving, and accessing additional resources when needed.Training work team members to safely operate equipment using work instructions and SOPs.Packaging hay and hay-based products for delivery to customers, ensuring products meet all quality assurance specifications.Operating equipment properly to prevent personal injury, damage to equipment, and downtime. Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 10 hours shift, and Fridays when business needs necessitate. 1st Shift is 5:45 am - 4:15 pm M-TH, Fri as needed or 2nd shift is M-TH 3:45 pm - 2:15 am Fri as needed.
