As a Production Lead you will:

* Operate packaging machines (fillers, case packers, labelers).

* Load and unload trucks.

* Check product quality (fill levels,weights, appearance).

* Follow production schedules from the Production Operation Manager.

* Supervise production line workers to ensure they follow procedures and meet quality standards.

* Ensure safety and environmental rules are followed.

* Promote a safe work environment.

* Oversee the use of manufacturing equipment.

* Maintain and repair equipment, coordinating with vendors and onsite porter as needed.

* Ensure high-quality products and meet department goals.

* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.

Pay Rate: $22-26/hr

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous lead experience supervising a team

* Operate packaging machines (fillers, case packers, labelers).

* Load and unload trucks.

* Sit Down Forklift Experience

* Check product quality (fill levels, weights, appearance).

* Follow production schedules from the Production Operation Manager.

* Supervise production line workers to ensure they follow procedures and meet quality standards.

* Ensure safety and environmental rules are followed.

* Promote a safe work environment.

* Oversee the use of manufacturing equipment.

* Maintain and repair equipment, coordinating with vendors and onsite porter as needed.

* Ensure high-quality products and meet department goals.

* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
