Production Lead - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, Automotive is seeking a Production Lead to join their team on second and third shift. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting Production team. The ideal candidate will have leadership and team lead of 5 or more employees, ability to work closely with team for success, and safety training which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Production Lead**

**Location: Wentzville, MO**

**Pay Range: 21.60**

**What's the Job?**

Familiar with TS and ISO requirements.

Lead and work well with team of 5 - 10.

Overseeing daily production of associates and assisting where needed.

Take a hands on approach working side by side with all coworkers

Be visible and assume leadership role for a successful shift

**What's Needed?**

Previous leadership experience

Must have a valid Driver License
