Job Location : Tulsa,OK, USA
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assists in communicating responsibilities and production requirements to the workers on the plant floor.
* Conducts weld checks on product during process and makes adjustments or changes tools as necessary.
* Troubleshoot problems throughout the plant at all work centers.
* Monitor attendance and tardiness of all shop workers to ensure customers' requirements can be satisfied.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
* one (1) years' experience leading people in a heavy manufacturing shop environment.
* High School diploma or GED required.
* One (1) to one (1) years' experience and/or training in welding and/or fabrication.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES'
* Working knowledge with computer software to include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
