Production Lead - Twenty-Four Blackbirds Chocolates : Job Details

We are looking for someone who can join our small team in producing chocolate, from roasting and winnowing beans to making fine confections. Someone with previous kitchen experience and menu R&D strongly preferred. This person will oversee and execute all parts of the chocolate making process.
