This long-term manufacturing opportunity provides you with the chance to contribute to the growth of a well-respected brand while advancing your career.As an entry-level production line worker your role will involve working as part of a team to ensure the production of consistent, high-quality products for dispensaries. Your responsibilities will include:Working with a small team in a fast-paced environment on the assembly line, effectively completing individual tasks while contributing to the overall production process.Applying labels, stickers, and tags correctly to relevant boxes and marketing materials, paying meticulous attention to detail.Utilizing a digital scale to weigh each product accurately, ensuring consistency in weight and sizePacking pre-rolls, blunts, and joints carefully and consistently.Applying labels, stickers, and tags correctly to relevant boxes and marketing materials, paying meticulous attention to detail.Assisting coworkers, supervisors, and other departments as required, while also fulfilling additional warehouse duties as assigned.Conducting necessary quality checks to ensure product standards are met.Qualifications:Must be over the age of 21MUST HAVE PERFECT ATTENDANCEMUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECKMust be able to lift 25lbsWilling to wear the required PPE and practice safe work practices.Ability to sit or stand for 8hrs/day1-3 years of manufacturing and packaging experience are desired, with a strong emphasis on product safety, consumer satisfaction, and maintaining high product quality.Attention to detail, good people skills, ability to multitask.Coming to work with a positive attitudeJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday
