The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring product quality, while leading and motivating a team of production employees.What You'll Be DoingSupervise and coordinate production and packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Train, guide and motivate employees while maintaining machinery and overseeing the collaboration with Maintenance and Quality teams.Monitor output, inspect products for quality, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Maintain accurate production records and collaborate to resolve issues promptly.Ensure safety protocols, address bottlenecks, and maintain a clean work environment.What You'll Bring2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing automated filling environment, preferably in a leadership roleHigh School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a quality focused approachExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to operate a computer to pull reports and specificationsStrong understanding of production processes and quality control proceduresPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 60 poundsComfortable working in a factory environment with varying temperaturesComfortable working in a factory environment with strong fumes and high noise levelsComfortable wearing PPEWhat You Will GetWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
