Production Line Workers - Hampton Farms : Job Details

Hampton Farms in Severn, NC is looking to add Production Line Workers for all shifts in our peanut roasting and packaging facilities. Experience in manufacturing is helpful, any experience in food manufacturing and GMP knowledge is a plus.

Successful candidates will maintain a sanitary work environment that promotes employee cleanliness and meets all regulatory requirements; may work in all areas of the plant(s) to maintain areas in accordance with Master Sanitation Schedules.

Open and flexible to occasional fluctuating/flexing hours based on business need and customer order shipment scheduling.

Must be able to successfully E-Verify, background check and drug screen.

To follow specification for each size boxed

Work in conjunction with machine operator

Keep up with packing with other team member

To meet goals set for each size bag

Rework any bags that didnt meet spec.

Able to stand at conveyor for entire shift

To meet goals for each size run

Able to put correct amount in each box

To keep area clean and organized

Keep work area clean

During down time sanitize conveyors and clean area

Follow all GMP and wear all PPE

Follow all company rules/policies

Daily Efficiencies and Case count Accuracy of orders being filled Working with team members.
