Production Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator with experience in food production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including weekends, and perform various duties in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor mixing machines.Bag products and palletize them for shipment.Perform inspection tasks to ensure quality standards are met.Utilize manual pallet jacks and forklifts.Lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs. repetitively.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Follow all safety and operational procedures.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Experience in food production is preferred.Ability to work 12-hour shifts and be flexible with shift changes.Available to work weekends.Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. repetitively.Proficiency in reading, writing, and performing basic math.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with running mixing machines.Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights up to 30 feet.Good attitude and strong work ethic.Why Work Here?We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with no waiting period, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, a 401K retirement plan with company match available after 30 days, and paid holidays and vacation. Day shifts run from 4:30 am to 5:00 pm, and night shifts from 4:30 pm to 5:00 am.
