Production Manager (80-95K)We have an excellent opportunity available for a Production Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. Company Profile:Established Growing Manufacturer.Excellent benefits package including: health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and a bonus plan.Your Role:This is a hands on, out on the floor, management position.Oversee hourly employees to ensure production, quality, cost, and safety goals are met.Understand Cycle and Takt time to plan and schedule production activities.Track production metrics and communicate solutions to increase performance and reduce scrap.Implement standard work activities.Experience / Education Profile:Bachelor's Degree preferred.
