Collaborate with the team to identify and implement operational improvements. What We're Looking For 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping production. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and Florida horticulture. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Experience with landscape software is a bonus.
