**Job Title: Production Manager**

**Job Description**

+ Manages all operations within the assigned area

+ Mentors and trains Production Supervisors and Senior Production Supervisors in line with company succession planning goals

+ Ensures all goals and targets are communicated clearly to supervisors

+ Provides plans and guidance as necessary to ensure production targets are achieved

+ Reports to senior leadership on status towards targets and any roadblocks

+ Creates and manages staffing models for programs in the assigned area.

**Hard Skills**

+ Ability to understand technical data such as TDPs

+ Proficient with MS Office

+ Ability to pass physical examination for use of respirators and Pyro suit

**Soft Skills**

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Ability to lead a team by example

+ Demonstrable high level of integrity

+ Ability to prioritize time and tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

+ Strong oral and written communication skills
