Production Manager - A to Z Search Group : Job Details

Well established manufacturing company in the State College PA area going through an expansion and looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee multiple production lines and drive improvements when needed.

Bachelor's degree is preferred and looking for a hands on Manager who must come from consumer products manufacturing or high speed manufacturing to be considered. Production management and continuous improvement experience are required. Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience preferred. Must have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and making changes when needed. Looking for a strong leader who is not afraid to roll up the sleeves and wear many hats to get things done. Must have experience working with people on the floor and be able to coach, mentor, and develop people.
