Join a well-established team as a Production Manager in the Commercial Print Department, where you'll oversee daily operations for both digital printing machines and traditional presses. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of printing professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Workflow Optimization: Oversee production schedules and improve processes to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Quality Control: Enforce quality standards through routine inspections and process improvements.
• Equipment Management: Supervise and maintain a variety of printing equipment, recommending upgrades as needed.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and uphold safety protocols across all production activities.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Monitor costs, generate reports, and assist in budgeting for materials and labor.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in production management, preferably in the printing industry.
• Expertise with equipment such as Heidelberg, Canon, Xerox, and offset presses strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must!
• Knowledge of production scheduling, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in production management software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
