• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations through rigorous monitoring and data-driven decision-making. Results: Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and statistical results to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and achieve overall business objectives. Continuous improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality by leading initiatives on continuous improvement.Knowledge and Skill Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field 3 to 5 years of leading in an industrial environment.
    • Strong manufacturing processes and equipment experience.
    • Proficiency in planning software.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies..Work Environment
