Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, maintenance issues, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with production management software and tools is a plus.
