The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who is ready to take our manufacturing operations to the next level. This role requires a professional with exceptional skills in Food Manufacturing Operations, Operations Management, Production Scheduling, Safety, and Continuous Improvement. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Develop, implement, and manage operational strategies and KPIs that align with company objectives.
• Lead and manage the production team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Oversee the entire production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery, ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing strategies to achieve them.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to optimize operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and waste is minimized.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on production metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in Manufacturing Operations, Operations Management, Production Scheduling, Safety, and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving operational goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions quickly.
• In-depth knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using production management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
