Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inventory control, scheduling, and product build-out management. You will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met, inventory levels are optimized, and high-quality products are delivered on time. Must be local to Palm Beach County and have a strong production managerial background to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime while meeting customer demands and deadlines.
  • Product Build-Out: Supervise and coordinate product build-outs, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a collaborative work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the production facility.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular production and inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and product build-out processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in production management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production performance.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
