Production Manager - Fortune Brands Home & Security : Job Details

As the Production Manager at our Fiberon Brand recycling facility with approximately 100 employees (5 direct reports) operating 24/7, you will guide and manage the operations team in developing and executing processes to achieve facility-wide goals. You will be responsible for driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while leveraging data to support continuous improvement efforts. This is a fully onsite, day shift role, typically working 6:45 AM to 4:30 PM, overseeing two production lines and managing a team of 40 employees across four 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation. You will plan and prioritize work to meet organizational goals, balancing capacity to demand, managing labor, and building a high-performing, diverse team.
