The Production Manager directs, plans, and administers the activities of the Production Department by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Supervisors; assists and represents Plan Manager with Plant Management and direction as needed DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage plant operations; maintain equipment and processes appropriately; staff operations effectively. - Meet operational goals and objectives; meet product cost targets; meet product quality objectives; meet safety goals and objectives. - Review schedule with scheduler - Manages Production Supervisors who oversee the day to day manufacturing operations through labor utilization, cost control measures, and individualized training. - Prepare and maintains budget goal - Identify processes and create programs that will reduce costs, reduce scrap and rework and keep overall product costs highly competitive. - Solicit ideas and feedback from employees by creating a high level of engagement without comp...Production Manager, Production, Manager, Operations, Process Control, Manufacturing
