The Production Manager will be responsible for operational forecasting and overseeing all technical manufacturing of the company, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities, materials, and staff. As the production leader, you are expected to:

• Forecast future manufacturing demand.
• Propose and execute maintenance cycles for capital assets.
• Evaluate and deploy seasonal design changes to integrated hardware systems.
• Oversee schedules and detailed task delegation for timely, efficient completion of all aspects of manufacturing production, to specifications.
• Provides leadership and active communication with the production, logistics, design, support, procurement, sales and QA/QC teams to provide training and information required to complete new projects timely and accurately.
• Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints while creating development plans for team members to cross train and increase skillsets.
• Maintains production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met. This includes daily reporting of fulfilments, percentage complete manufacturing and escalating supply chain concerns to executive leadership.
• Maintains project bill of materials and conducts cost and time analysis, inventory analysis and mitigates materials waste.
• Responsible for organization, cleanliness, and efficient setup of manufacturing space.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes.
• Oversees inventory controls and purchasing function to ensure timely supply to the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for identifying supply chain concerns to management and providing recommendations for mitigation of risk.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project while providing solution-based feedback.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in NetSuite preferred, or experience with other ERP manufacturing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 5-7 years of senior management experience required.
• Manufacturing and/or technical systems experience required.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
