Job Description:

Introducing our dynamic, high-energy opportunity: the Production Worker Position with Boart Longyear! Are you a quick learner, ready to hit the ground running? We are seeking a talented individual who can seamlessly adapt to our rapid-paced machining environment. This is a graphite/carbon environment and we will provide on the job training.

Key duties include.

• Availability for overtime is obligatory when required.
• The candidate should be able to produce product using hand & eye coordination, read & follow work instructions, basic quality inspection of own work and perform work safely.
• Ability to meet production goals for quality and quantity.
• Follow establish work instructions.
• High priority on having safe and clean workspaces.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of manufacturing and production procedures.
• Be on your feet the full shift and lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Effective communication includes active listening and taking instructions.
• Be on feet all day, lift 40lbs on a regular basis, comfortable working in an industrial setting.
• Team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without confusion.
• Hard worker, intensely driven, determined, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated.
• Basic math skills, basic computer literacy. Able to do repetitive tasks, able to keep up with the flow of the team.
