Job DescriptionIndrotec is looking for experienced Production Mixing Technicians to join the expanding QualiTech team in Chaska, MN! In this role, you'll play a vital part in crafting high-quality food and specialty products, using state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic production environment. You'll take charge of manufacturing duties, machine operations, and production processes, all while ensuring the highest standards in quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. • Accurately assemble ingredients and record data on production paperwork.
• Follow blend sheets to create precise, customer-ready products.
• Operate equipment like kettles, pumps, dye mixers, and mills.
• Mix and blend ingredients to ensure consistency and meet customer specifications.
• Practice strict food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Complete production paperwork with attention to detail and timeliness.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Capability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds frequently during shifts.
• Forklift operation skills (both stand-up and sit-down)-training provided.
• Mixing/blending experience in a production environment (food manufacturing experience is highly desired).
• Strong mathematical skills with an ability to handle whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• Regular hours are Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm-5:30am
