ResponsibilitiesNoblis is seeking an experienced Production Officer to support an IC contract in McLean, Virginia. The selected candidate will be responsible for professionally editing analytical products that support key US national security and foreign policy objectives on CT issues.The Publications Officer will be expected to work in a team environment. This position requires the ability to support a non-traditional schedules. Schedule is determined by the customer. A candidate may be asked to cover shifts when needed. 15% premium shift differential may apply to certain hours.Responsibilities Include:Review and edit products to align with Style Guide standards Review and edit graphics, including interactive media, assist in the development of visual aids, and ensure proper formatting.Verify proper sourcing of products and graphics.Finalize publications.Provide archiving support.Track production, document and ensure workflow through the production process.Work within production schedules and coordinate with all parties involved. Produce, deliver, and archive finished intelligence publications.Required QualificationsActive TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience.Relevant exposure to US foreign policy, national security CT objectives, and the interagency coordination process.Must have previous experience editing Finished Intelligence products in support of an IC customer.Professional writing, editing, and sourcing skills.Proven track record of reviewing finished intelligence and collaborating with analysts and managers.Knowledge of national security classification procedures is mandatory.Knowledge of publishing principles and basics of publication design.Knowledge of production methodology for publishing products in hardcopy or electronic formats.Desired QualificationsExperience working with Adobe InDesign is desired.Excellent communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust as priorities change.OverviewNoblis ( and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI , and Noblis MSD tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
