Production Operations Manager - The QTI Group : Job Details

The QTI Group in partnership with Aprilaire, an industry-leading provider of healthy air solutions, is seeking an experienced Production Manager in Poynette, WI to join their team of passionate professionals, customer-focused, adaptable, and leading the way for new HVAC technologies and innovative thinking.

The Operations / Production Manager works closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met, staffing levels are appropriate, cost-efficiency projects are achieved, and safety and continuous improvement are embedded as part of the plant's culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, Supervisory Management, or a

related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• At least five years of management/supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in a union environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership ability.

• Knowledge of and experience with integrated manufacturing systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Communication skills will be

necessary in one-on-one situations as well as large group settings.

• Ability to effectively present information and engage in problem-solving with large groups and

respond to questions from managers, customers, vendors, or other employees within the

organization.

• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

• Strong sense of urgency.
