Who They Are

Our client is a 52-year-old, family-owned and operated manufacturer of high-end furniture looking for a Production and Operations Supervisor to join their team in Middletown. This person will facilitate the manufacturing schedule throughout all departments, manage shipping, and manage maintenance. They are offering a high five-figure base plus bonus and profit sharing.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain the shipping schedule and order tracking list
  • Oversee and maintain the factory and shipping production flow
  • Arrange maintenance of heating and cooling systems
  • Ensure OSHA regulations and compliance

  • Experience in manufacturing (furniture a plus)
  • Bilingualism is a plus
  • CAD is a plus
