Production Operator - 1st Shift - Land O'Lakes : Job Details

Utility Operator. Primarily a Relief operator for Packers, Micro. Room, Palletizer, Warehouse, Mill Room (will be expected to learn all jobs)Break Relief. Coordinate Inbound and Outbound Deliveries. Load Product Using a Forklift. Pick Customer Orders by Hand. Organize Storage Areas. Assist with Inventory Counts. Housekeeping and Other Jobs as Assigned. Opportunity to Cross Train in other Areas of Production. Particular Attention to Safety and Quality. Care Taken to Eliminate Waste and Create Efficiencies. Create a Team Environment. Fill in for other Shifts as the Need Arises. Training Conducted by Operators & Supervisors.
