As a certified family-friendly company, we prioritize work-life balance and employee well-being.Compensation:Starting pay: $25/hr5% night shift premiumGeneral Responsibilities:Document work according to standards and follow written and verbal directions.Summarize observations and activities effectively.Learn and execute basic job operations, policies, and procedures.Demonstrate basic mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.Collaborate effectively with colleagues, acknowledging and building on each other's contributions.Adhere to safety, environmental, health, and security protocols consistently.Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area.Report any potential risks or deviations promptly to supervision.Participate actively in training and adhere to company policies.General Requirements:Preferred prior experience in chemical manufacturing.High School diploma or equivalent.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ascend/descend stairs, and work in confined spaces.Comfortable working in high noise/high-temperature environments.Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including days and/or nights.Willingness to work 3 day on 3 day off shift scheduleAble to handle hazardous materials and adhere to safety protocols.The Evonik Group adopts an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) approach.
