Production Operator All Shifts - Manpower Group : Job Details

Job Posting: Machine Operator/FloaterLocation: Norfolk, NEJob Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift roles!Qualifications:- Proficiency in basic math calculations- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively within a team- High School Diploma or GED required- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment (preferred but not required)Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor machines in a manufacturing environment to ensure quality production- Set up machines according to product specifications- Inspect and remove defective items to maintain quality standards- Load and unload materials onto machines as needed- Monitor machine operations, adjusting settings to maintain quality and efficiency- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime- Maintain a clean and organized work area
