- Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs.
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Learn the safe and efficient operation of each machine assigned.
- Serve as a relief operator for a wide variety of functions, machinery and workstations which provide the opportunity to quickly gain skills, learn and promote.
- Assist with mill clean-up. Most employees are quickly promoted from this role into something more advanced and specialized.
- Maintain acceptable production levels.
- Other duties as needed.

To be considered you will need the ability to:
- Work various shifts, days, and overtime as needed
- $2/hr shift differential for qualified night and weekend shifts
- Overtime pays at time and a half!
- Use motorized equipment, hand tools (broom, shovel, etc), and an air hose
- Adapt to various weather conditions, loud conditions, and airborne particles (sawdust) as we are working in a loud, industrial environment!
- Pass a hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check

- A high school diploma or GED
