Job DescriptionIlluminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Associate I to join our new factory in Columbus. The Production Associate I will primarily be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring the quality of output, and adhering to standard operating procedures. This role typically reports to a production team leader. Responsibilities: Set up and operate production equipment to produce various commercial products following specifications, blueprints, and diagrams.Monitor production output to ensure quality and conformance to required metrics.Maintain accurate records of production activities, reporting any inconsistencies or equipment issues in a timely manner.Adhere to established safety protocols, including material handling guidelines and the use of protective gear.Provide timely feedback on any production abnormalities or deviations from SOPs.Assist new employees and team leaders in achieving their tasks and work targets. Accept temporary job reassignments as needed.Execute work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist the team leader in meeting various production goals.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications:High school diploma required.0-1 year of general work experience preferred.Strong understanding of production safety and 6S workplace standards.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Strong coordination, communication, planning, and execution skills.Illuminate USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
