General Purpose of Position:Responsible for curing fabric-reinforced rubber products using special molds following written work specifications
- Setting up curing molds following written work specifications.
- Loading uncured seals into molds and adding necessary performs (sub-components).
- Clamping molds and setting the appropriate time and temperature in order as required by the work specifications.
- Assist fellow team members and other teams as required, moving large seals or on other projects.
- Properly reading and completing required paperwork on job packages and paperless scheduling system
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: A minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment is desired Competencies:
