Production Operator - Eastridge Workforce Solutions : Job Details

Eastridge Workforce Solutions has an exciting opportunity at a premier biotech client and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join the team. The Production Associate is responsible for assembly and packaging activities, inspecting assembled devices and pouches, and packaging final kits. Shifts

• 1st shift position (days): from 5:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday.
• 2nd shift position (nights): from 2 PM-10:30 PM Monday-Friday.

Essential Functions:

• Operate manufacturing equipment used in the production area.
• Complete all manufacturing documents
• Perform inspections, testing
• Calculate expiration dates on finished goods and components
• Accurately use equipment and methods for quality control and inventory control of production
• Perform set-ups and changeovers for production equipment.
• Conduct in-process, hourly, or matrix testing.
• Adhere to all Quality System Regulations (QSRs), manufacturing instructions, operating procedures, and drawings while performing duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Familiarity with quality control and inventory control practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 pounds].
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
