Production Operator - Roseburg Forest Products Company : Job Details

Works safely and effectively in a team environment. Performs pre-shift checklist on equipment and surroundings. Demonstrates proper housekeeping and keeps a clean work space. Continuously improves processes and procedures in work area. Documents & keeps record of shift or machine performance. Actively trains new team members Operates Sweeper, forklift, front end loaders, skid steer loader, articulating lift, and to climb a variety of ladders and stairs throughout mill location Attends meetings and trainings as needed. Problem-solves and troubleshoots equipment and production issues on a regular basis. Performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment Operates a variety of different hand tools. Some examples include but not limited to: shovel, broom, air hose, various types of brushes, and etc. Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements Safety Oriented.
