Job Type Full-timeDescriptionDIRECT HIRE Opportunities for growth Job Stability Local companyProduction Operator Payrate $22.63/hrProduction Operator Hours - 3 Night Shifts: Thurs, Fri, Sat 6p-6a (ALL TRAINING IS REQUIRED TO BE ON DAY SHIFT Thurs, Fri, Sat 6a-6p with the possibility of Mon, Tues, Wed 6a-6p as well.) Can be scheduled for OT any 2 additional days per week. Work schedule is provided on Wednesdays which would include the required Overtime days. There is not currently overtime being offered. This is just a possibility.Production Operator Benefits Medical, dental, vision (60 day waiting period)Production Operator ResponsibilitiesClean all equipment properly and timely to ensure safe quality products.Operate all clean in place (CIP) and clean out of place (COP) systems as necessary.Clean machinery, facility structures such as racking, windows, walls and exterior of plant.Ensure all chemicals, buckets and pumps are properly tagged according to safety requirements.Complete routine paperwork and data entry.Assist machine operators in gathering production supplies, packaging materials and loading equipment,including dumping boxes and lifting stacks of cardboard.Assist in hand-packing and hand-stacking product/cases onto pallets.Safely operate cardboard baler, bottle bagger/de-bagger and other equipment.Empty and dispose of outdated product in accordance with established guidelines.Accountable to the Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.Production Operator RequirementsManufacturing environment experience Willing to work in a refrigerated environment (30-50 degrees)Willingness to take off any and all jewelry during the work shiftFlexible to work any shift as neededMust be at least 18 years of ageSelf-motivated and self-directedAbility to meet deadlines with limited supervisionStrong planning and organizational skillsProduction Operator PreferencesHigh School Diploma / GEDThis is a union jobSalary Description $22.63/hr
