Production Operator - Plastics Extrusion - Pridestaff : Job Details

Overview: ​ Focused on specific professional qualities of the candidate who will work on this post. Our goal is to have reliable, motivated and dependable workers. Further, to enhance the cross-training our staff in order to have versatile operators. As our products are used mainly in the aeronautic industry, we need to comply to very high-quality standards and each of our employees has to be able to keep up with these standards.

Blending: mix powders, pigments and solvents according to the recipes.

Extrusion: set up and monitor the extrusion line to extrude the powders and create the plastic films with the right dimensions, thickness and mechanical properties.

Slitting: set up and monitor the slitter to cut the films to the right dimensions and spool settings.

Each operator could also be trained in Quality Controls and Packaging depending on the potential of the candidate, the need of skiffs and the workshop planning.
