Are you a natural born leader looking to take the next step in growing your career? Marvin, a premier window and door manufacturer, is opening a new manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS. We want you to join our team as a Production Operator Trainer!

We want the very best to take on this exciting new role, so we're offering a 4-week, all-expenses paid training program that includes travel on the company plane. You will depart for our Fargo, ND plant on Monday to learn and train with your colleagues and return Friday morning. We feel the immersive experience will set you up for success.

Highlights of your role:

• Enjoy all expenses paid travel to our Fargo facility for four weeks of comprehensive, hands-on training.

• Grow as a leader by mentoring and training Production Associates as new team members are hired in Kansas CIty.

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment to drill holes, measure and cut parts, and more.

• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.

Compensation: Pay for this role is $21.00- $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)

• Strong written and oral communication skills
