CES(USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring forProduction Operatorsfor our client, located inNapoleon, Ohio.NOW HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTSPay rate:1st shift: $17.00/hour2nd shift: $17.30/hour3rd shift: $17.30/hourShifts Available:1st shift: 7 AM- 3 PM2nd shift: 4 PM- 12 AM3rd shift: 10 PM- 6 AMLocation:Napoleon, OhioResponsibilities:Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.Must have good team work skillsAnything assigned by managementAbility to train and operate all work stations across the assembly lineFollows all established protocols to ensure safetyMaintain equipment and work areasAdvocates safety practices to the rest of the production staffEnsures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issuesEnsures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reportedChecks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediatelyMust have good attendanceRequirements:Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferredCandidate must have a good work history.Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.Must have steel toe shoes/bootsSubmit resume to [email protected] or call our office at #(419)###-####CESGHI1
